Közép-Európa legrészletesebb térbeli demográfiai és vásárlóerő adatbázisa

Az Európai 100 x 100 termék egy egységes, országonként összehasonlítható, határokon átnyúló geodemográfiai adatbázis a közép-európai régióra. A magyarországi 100 x 100 termékkel megegyező szerkezetben tartalmaz szocio-demográfiai és jövedelmi adatokat 100 méter x 100 méteres felbontásban.

Ezzel a régióra elérhető legnagyobb felbontású adatforrás Magyarországon, jelentősen meghaladva még az Inspire GRID 1 km2-es lakosság adatait is. Az adatok forrásai szabadon hozzáférhető hivatalos adatok, díj ellenében hozzáférhető hivatalos adatok, illetve más nyílt forrásokból elérhető másodlagos, kiegészítő adatok.

A Európai 100 x 100 részletes demográfiai adatokat, vásárlóerő és egyéb speciális indikátorokat tartalmaz és a következő országokban érhető el: Ausztria, Csehország, Horvátország, Románia, Szlovákia és Szlovénia.

Adattartalom

Vásárlóerő

  • Az átlagos nettó jövedelem a 100m x 100m cellákra kerül számításra
  • Ahol lehetséges a település szintű adatokból a 100m x 100m cellákba kerül kiszámolásra különböző külső változók segítségével

Demográfia és területhasználat

  • Népesség megoszlása 100 méter x 100 méter felbontású négyzet-rácshálóra vonatkozóan
  • Ahol elérhető kor és nem szerinti megoszlásokat is tartalmaz
  • A területhasználati adatoknál az volt a cél hogy a beépített területeket minél pontosabban tudjuk osztályozni
  • A terület használathoz a Sentinel-2 műhold adataiból származtatott indexek is felhasználásra kerültek
  • A hagyományos források integrálása mellett, a műhold adatok lehetővé teszi a területhasználati változások gyors követését

Városközpont Index

  • Városközpont index segítségével a városok központi helyeit határozzuk meg, különös tekintettel a másodlagos, helyi központi területekre
  • A kiemelt helyszínek (POI-k) sűrűségét mutatja meg, amelyek a mindennapokban a leginkább látogatott helyszínek
  • Az index összeállításához használt POI-k között vannak: bevásárlóközpontok, ATM-ek, buszmegállók, egészségügyi szolgáltatók, éttermek, benzinkutak, stb.

Közösségi közlekedés index

  • Ez az index megmutatja, hogy a városi közösségi közlekedés egy-egy területet mennyire jól szolgál ki
  • A kiszámításánál a megállóktol való távolság mellett, a járatsűrűségét és kapacitását is figyelembe vesszük

Adatforrások

Az adatok forrásai szabadon hozzáférhető hivatalos adatok, díj ellenében hozzáférhető hivatalos adatok, illetve más nyílt forrásokból elérhető másodlagos, kiegészítő adatok és a GeoX saját számításai és adatai.

Az innovatív, adatforrások között kiemelkednek a Sentinel-2 szatellit képekből származó információk (nyers képek és indikátorok egyaránt).

Format

The database can be used in multiple formats. The database contains map objects which allows for map-based analysis and visualization. This however is not a prerequisite to perform analysis as the database can be connected to address data as well, thus allowing for analysis without the use of GIS software. 

The database has been optimized for machine reading and is an ideal starting point for AI enhanced analysis.

Pricing of 100×100 database varies on data depth and territory covered of the data requested. The data is available for each settlement individually and pricing depends on the size of the settlement.
Data can also be bought in bundles, covering specific settlement types or larger territorial units.
